Eli and the Carpenters

i was just looking at some pictures from my family's website, and last year when my nephew Eli was born Darick and i went to the hospital to visit him and the rest of his fam. my mom was there too, and she took a ton of pictures, but none of the new baby with his momma. in fact, there are a couple of "family" looking pictures (i know we're family, but i mean mom, dad and children) where darick and i look as though we are enjoying our new born babe, when in fact the real momma is sitting on the sidelines. i'll let the pictures speak for themselves(ps- i was preggo with jayners, she came about 5 weeks later) i just was laughing over themthe carpenters and eli

later when courtney was at home, this picture was taken, don't they make a cute pair? eli loves his momma, she can always get him to smile:)
