Goodnight moon

Jayne loves the moon, maybe it's because she only sees it once a day... or maybe because she sees it when she gets to stay up late, or the occasional time it can be seen during the day. Who knows, but she has a deep true love for it. When she reads her books, she finds pictures of the moon and says "hi moon" one of our cereal boxes had a moon on it, and she was really excited about it "mom, ook (look) mooooooooooooooon!"And just now she came up to me and said, "Moon sleepin', I’m sad" I hope she becomes an astronomer.

A Yellow Wallet

I was playing around with my sewing machine today while Jayne was taking a nap... and I came up with this little wallet. I think it turned out pretty cute, and I love the fabric. I have 4 more cut out but not sewn yet (out of different fabric). I was also playing with the alphabet feature on my machine, and there's really only one person named REBEKAH in my life, so you guessed it, this happy yellow creation in for her... I love you sister!

Why I love The "Chantry" Girls

When I was growing up in Newport Washington, a new family moved into town.... the Chantrys. Soon each of us Webers made friends with a Chantry, we all had a friend our age. It was awesome. Over the years we've kept those friendships, and three (that's right 3) of the Chantry girls are now photographers. I have had the pleasure of having two of them take my family pictures this year.
Wynona (she's my age, and we were (are) best friends growing up) took these pictures back in May... she lives in Ogden Utah... and is totally amazing. And I should add how much I love her, she's the best. Check out her website and blog

Sarah, is a couple of years older than me, and she took our Family pictures just last week. She's so gifted, and was really fun to work with. Right now she lives in Newport, but before this fall she is moving down here to Southern Idaho! Check out her website, and blog. I can't wait for Sarah to live closer to me, she's so fun to hang out with, I love her too!

There and back again...

I've been gone, if you hadn't noticed. We went up to Washington for the week, and saw my mom and dad. They're the best parents ever! I got to hand with my little sister Nancy and older sister Rebekah and children.

Newport Washington is pretty, I miss living in those mountains

Darick and I went to Silverwood Theme Park (AWESOME) with my parents and my sister Courtney+her husband.

Then Darick, Jayne and I went to the Tri-cities to see Darick's family. We had lots of fun, we saw HP6 (loved it!) and played games with Darick’s brother and family.
We also went and visited Darick’s mom... I wish I could have met her
It was a fun trip, but holy cow is it a LONG drive, totally worth it though
